Numancia, Aklan Situated about 5 kilometers left of Kalibo, Dona Crispina Beach Resort and Hotel may not be at arm’s length for the Ati-Atihan  festival. However, it is quite near a beach so I guess that makes up for it. Dona Crispina is very unassuming and straightforward.
